Sand blasting and paiting

We undertake surface treatment and painting of steel structures up to overall dimensions of 13,000 x 4,000 x 4,000 mm or 25 tons.

The blasting room operated with steel grains is able to clean surfaces of welded structures, spatial grids and various metal parts by means of manual grain blasting using compressed air, up to overall dimensions of 4,000 x 4,000 x 13,000 mm or until the weight limit of 25 tons.

The equipment can be used effectively in every field of application where a surface cleanness level of B Sa 3 or C Sa 2 according to MSZ ISO 8501-1 is required by the technology or appropriate surface roughness should be achieved (e.g. for preparing a surface for surface treatment or welding, casting cleaning, etc.).

With a special spraying head assembly to be connected to the equipment, inner surface of pipes can also be cleaned up to inner diameters of  200 to 915 mm.

The grain blasting chamber and the Blowtherm type outdoor painting and drying booth with heating chamber, which can be used to paint workpieces of the same size and weight, are connected together with rails. The chamber can be programmed and painting parameters can be adjusted. Our painting machines are capable of applying effectively any one- or two-component paints used in the industry. We use a conveyor track painting equipment to paint shaped workpieces up to 400 kg.

The track with 80 carrying yokes, integrated painting walls, degreasing unit (closed system) and pre-heating and drying chambers is capable of painting workpieces manufactured in series production first of all. We can control and verify the level of surface treatment, the painting parameters and characteristic data of the paint layer, according to customer’s need and in accordance with the relevant standards.
