Foundation of Hungarian-American Oil Co. (MAORT) with the participation of the Hungarian state and EUROGASCO.

MAORT's Central Repairing and Maintenance Shop started its activity. The company started with repairing work and during the years its profile was expanded.

After the nationalisation in 1948 the works got the Transdanubian Petroleum Machine Work (DKG) name.

DKG became an affiliated company of OKGT and was making good progress.

An independent company was founded, though it was under the supervision of Industrial Ministry.

Two profit centres of the then existing DKG and the Russian GAZPROM set up DKG-EAST KFT. The other part of DKG was transformed into an independent incorporated company.

A privatisation tender was announced by ÁVÜ for the 51% of DKG stocks. INTERPROCOM (affiliated company of GAZPROM) won it.

DKG-EAST KFT, DKG RT, DKG-METALL Materials Management KFT, Contosoft Informatical and Commercial KFT joined by merger, its new present name is DKG-EAST Oil and Gas Equipment Manufacturing Co. Inc.

DKG-EAST incorporated company was transformed into private limited company.

The main share holder of DKG-EAST ZRT. is HP TEAM Kft.

The share of HP TEAM Kft. was bought up by HP TEAM Invest Kft.
