In 2010 we successfully competed not only to win the West Transdanubian Regional Quality Award but also to receive the European acknowledgement of “3* Appreciation for Excellence”. |
To this we called the help of the EFQM (European Foundation for Quality) model which contributed substantially to the development of our organisation recently. Self-assessment provided efficient help to identify considerable areas to be developed within the organisation and to specify the directions of future growth.
