We have inaugurated a new structure assembly hall

2011-10-11

We opened the new structure assembly hall with all due ceremony on the 7th of October. The building was inaugurated by Mr. József K. Nagy General Manager, Mr. Péter Cseresnyés Mayor and Mr. Jenő Manninger, President of the West-Transdanubian Regional Development Council. The crane track was roofed and a hall was built for a total cost of HUF 476 million.

The project aimed at improving technological capabilities and extending the effective production area, in order to widen market opportunities. The main objective of the project was to ensure technological capabilities for manufacturing large diameter products or products requiring higher and greater lifting capacities.
Within the framework of the project, in the first stage we built a 870 m2 hall in 2010 over an existing crane track with a capacity of 32 t, and in the next stage the construction of a hall with a net production area of 2.700 m2 and a service area of 540 m2 was started. In the two-aisle building 1 10t and 1 60/5 t overhead cranes are available in each aisle, and the lifting height of the cranes is 9 m. The capacity of the new production hall facilitates manufacture and handling of equipment up to 120 t and 6 m diameter or of valves with a diameter of 1000 to 1400 mm and nominal pressures ranging between 80 and 125 bar.
The implementation of the project has been co-financed by the European Union and the Hungarian State.
