The organisation structure of DKG-EAST Zrt. has changed significantly in February 2010, as a result the previous Quality Assurance Department was developed into Quality Assurance and Process Development Directorate. To prove the trusted operation of our Quality Control System, we make sure our certificates and licences valid since they were granted.
In 2010 we have comitted ourself to introduce LEAN manufacturing, which we consider one of the main process development direction. Following the theoretical trainings of LEAN several practical applications created opportunities to involve our employees, to realize their KAIZEN ideas in process development. Besides the decrease of losses we consider the wide implementation of the Six Sigma methods in our production as the next step of development. Based on our commitment to the organisational perfection as of 2010 we apply the European Foundation for Quality model, which has contributed significally to the development of our organisation in the past period. In 2010 we won the West Hungarian Regional Quality Award and our company won the Recognised for Excellence 3* European prize as well. |
