Apprentice training
In our apprentice workshop we have provided practical training since 1986. Most privatised companies closed apprentice workshop down one after the other, while our company kept on developing it. As a result, we have become a base of up-to-date technical training. Our company regularly takes advantage of state subsidies in order to modernise our metal working machine tools and equipment.
We are proud of our apprentices entering into competition of Young Master of the Trade every year. They often succeed in achieving excellent results among the first three best.
At present there are three professions trained as:
-metal forger
-welder
-steel structures fitter,
and we also offer practical training of technical qualification for machine industrial high-schools. In Nagykanizsa and in this region we are the only up-to-date apprentice workshop, where the training for machine industrial trades is possible, so we play an important role in the replacement of labour force. There is a shortage of skilled workers in machine industrial trades in the labour market as a consequence of recent changes in apprentice training. Therefore our trainees are wanted in the regional labour market.
We welcome young people interested in trades of metal forger, welder, and steel structures fitter.
